In the last years, Peruvian economy has been increasing every year. This situation allow speculating good thing in the future, especially in employment. Because the condition of employment is one of the biggest problem in Peru, because of the informality. However, in the future we hope that the informality could be overcome.

First, if the Peruvian economy continues growing, the employment will increase too, and it could allow ending informality. That is why if the employment formal grows, it will incorporate the people who now are informal employers.

Second, it is more beneficial because when a person is informal, he or she works uninsured and have low pay, instead of, the good conditions of a formal work. Therefore, if that quantity of formal jobs increase in Peru, salaries will rise and the quality of life of citizens will too.

Third, if Peru gets industrialize its economy, the requirement of technician’s engineering will increase. Therefore, it is important to show to the young people which jobs or professions will be more required in future.

Finally, the view of the employment in Peru is positive, because if the Peruvian economy continues to grow the employment will increase and it will have better condition because it will be formal.
